Good Riddance
Career politician Barney Frank will not seek another term in the House of Representatives. Boston Herald writer Michael Graham has a
fitting sendoff .
The bad news is that come 2013 the ranking Democrat on the House Committee on Financial Services will be Maxine Waters.

Why Mitt Romney Will Not Be The Next President
Because
he still supports Romneycare , people fear that he is too morally compromised to do the right thing regarding Obamacare.
Romney will either lose in the primaries, or he will lose in the general election.

Untruth In Advertising
I just looked at a
Google Maps aerial map of Zuccotti Park. Excuse me? This isn't a park. It's pavement with a bunch of trees and a few patches of grass.
On another note, every time I see the word "Zuccotti" I automatically try to envision some pasta dish.

Welcome To The Jungle
AFP press release, via Breitbart:
Half of US students face sex harassment: survey .
What do you expect? We live in a culture that ridicules sexuality. How many teenagers are mature enough to rise above the general culture?

Birthday and Blogiversary
I turn 51, and the long-neglected
Henderson Prize turns 9.
It's been a busy year. I purchased a house in January ( I really should sent Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Alan Greenspan thank-you cards for their roles in depressing home prices), and assorted chores have taken from blogging time in general.
