"I've Fallen, And I Can't Get Up"

An alleged attempt at burglary goes awry:

Fort Worth police on Thursday released surveillance video of the so-called Bouncing Burglar.

Lt. Dean Sullivan said Larry Curtis Bynum was attempting to rob Paul's Liquor Store on Meadowbrook Drive at about 1:30 a.m. Monday when he fell through the ceiling and crashed to the floor.

The video shows that the 30-year-old was knocked unconscious for about five minutes.

When he came to, Bynum sat down on a beer keg inside the store, smoked a cigarette and waited for the store owner to unlock the door for police.

Bynum is now in jail facing one count of burglary of a business.

The news story has surveillance video - check it out.
